Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define software requirements and deliver solutions. Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Software Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, or others relevant to our tech stack. Expertise in frameworks such as Node.js, React, Django, or similar. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficient in database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading software engineering teams. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices. Background in e-commerce or related industries. Certifications in cloud computing or software development.
